We are proud to announce the 18th edition of the New Jersey Antiquarian Book Fair.
The Big News! We are moving the show to a new date! December 11th & 12th, 2009. The New Jersey Book Fair will be the final event of the Bookseller's Year.
Some things that will not be changing; As in past years, previous exhibitors will return to their established booth locations and as always we will try to honor and fulfill any reasonable requests to make the show a more pleasurable experience for you. Move-in should be hassle-free with easy access to doors on two sides of the building. We will have porters available for your use on a tip basis.
Set-up will begin officially at 10 AM ( a bit earlier if the rooms are ready) on Friday the 11th and end at 4 PM. Friday show hours will be 5 PM - 9 PM. Saturday show hours will be 10 AM - 4 PM.
Our service provider will be renting both counter and wall display cases, pegboards and book cases. Please be sure to get your equipment orders back to the provider or me, no later than one week before the show. Case rental forms may be accessed through the www.newjerseybookfair.com website.
Our advertising campaign will incorporate both print and radio media. Trade publications will announce the show, but there will be local, and region wide coverage in newspapers, direct mail, and through the internet.
As in past years we will have a lodging show rate at the Ramada. This year we have a rate of $62.00 which includes a complimentary breakfast buffet. We encourage you to make your reservations early and ask for the "book fair" rate. There will also be other lodging choices on our webpage.
The tradition of a post show buffet dinner will continue. Dinner will follow immediately the close of the show Friday evening. The price for dinner remains at $25.00 per person but each booth includes one free dinner admission. There will be a cash bar and the post dinner "Poker Social" will follow the meal. Please return your dinner reservation form and a separate check with your contract if you will be joining us.

There will be overnight armed security in the show rooms. No one will be admitted to the showrooms prior to my arrival on Saturday morning.
